People who live along the Coastal line of Andaman Island are also the victims of Tsunami. They stay on the hill individually, being afraid of another Tsunami attack. ADRA experienced a couple of earthquakes during our assessment. These people are neglected by the administration. Most of the distribution items are provided to people from Nicobar (Type A Camp), not Andaman Islands victims.

Along the main roads to Port Blair, ADRA observed a couple of temporary housings (tents provided by local NGOs). This appears to be very lucky case since ADRA did not observe any individual tents in remote areas.
