Japan Platform (JPF) has decided to launch a program to assist victims of Typhoon Hagibis, for which an emergency warning was issued in 13 prefectures from Oct. 12 through Oct. 13, and which caused serious damage in many regions of Japan.
Along with this decision, JPF has started its call for donations and asks for your cooperation. JPF will work with local governments and JPF member NGOs to understand the extent of the damage and gather information on what is needed, and will swiftly implement assistance based on those findings.
